This online organisation was so slow to send out my order i still have not received it and ordered last month, so disappointed will not be recommending to anyone or using ever again.

A warning to all who think of buying scrubs. I am not one to usually post reviews but I am one to read them. Bought and paid for my scrubs in early December 5 months later and 5 phone calls as to where they are, I am left with an incomplete order and another month to wait. Zero stars and zero for proactivness. Apperntly Chinese new year is an actual excuse for not shipping my order for 5 months. On top of that they told me that all the girls are buying the male scrubs. Well I'm not sure if they realise that I work where they make scrubs for, but I have never seen that. Here's my advise... Buy scrubs else where. My work doesn't mind.

Excellent Customer Service. I had called to check the status of my order (as I had ordered a little late) and the woman who answered my call, Lisa, went above and beyond to help me with locating and arranging for me to pick up my parcel before delivery in order to receive it in time for my placement.

Hi Sophie. Thanks for taking the time to review us. After speaking with our account managers I understand you paid once for your order online, then destroyed your scrubs at work and asked us for a refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund items that have been bought and then destroyed. We have tried several times to call you to discuss this but you have avoided taking, or responding to, our calls. If you would like the issue clarified I would recommend you contact our customer care department by phone when you have the time.

As with many other reviewers, I've found this organisation to be disastrously disorganised. Five months of attempting to contact them to have emails outright ignored, or responding only after frequent prompting, often weeks after requesting information. Charged twice for a uniform, and their administration is so poor they are 'unable' to track payments despite receiving remittance advice, order numbers and invoice numbers. Uniforms also ill fitting, uncomfortable, and poorly made. Myself and peers won't be purchasing clothing there again.
