0/10 Stars. This has been the WORST experience living in apartment in my adult life. I have had over 10 water leaks from the apartment above me. It is a nightmare to get the leasing office to take action - have to take multiple trips to get anything fixed if at all. There had been a hole in my ceiling for over 2 months with no action. The Cleo Apartment kept making excuses as to why the water leaks happened without actually solving anything. I would highly recommend not living because if issues happen, they are slow to fix and the customer service is awful.

Save yourself the trouble. Constant disruption is the theme here. From fire alarms, to constant construction, careless neighbors, and management staff who could use more experience. Overall, for the price you pay, you're not getting your money's worth. Cannot recommend The Cleo for these reasons.

The Cleo is a fantastic option in the East Nashville area. The location is perfect because you're within minutes to all of the hotspots in East Nashville and very close to many of the other hoppin' places in Nashville. Along with the perfect location, The Cleo is very cute and has awesome amenities. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for an all around great apartment.

I did not enjoy staying here this past year whatsoever. There are plenty of better options throughout Nashville to stay at. Do some further research on this place and then choose somewhere else, I wish I would have.
