There is a cotton shortage, there are container shortages, there are trucking and labor shortages that challenge businesses and have been for the better part of almost 2 years. Your order was not cancelled which is why there had not been a refund issued. Your order was still open and on backorder which is a standard business practice for any business. You might take a moment to read TJ Koontz's review. There are thousands of businesses out there just like ours doing the best we can to navigate a situation that there is no precedent or roadmap for. Our successful fill rate is right in line with if not above the industry standard, but the fact of the matter is that some of the biggest brands in our industry are struggling right now and some grace and understanding goes a long way. Lead times on custom hats at any manufacturer are at least 2-4 weeks longer than normal. Baseball helmets are almost impossible to find right now. Back in stock dates for some stock items are showing as far as 3-4 months out at the moment. While it certainly doesnt impact everything, it is a very real challenge in our industry and many others. Ultimately there are some things that are beyond our control , however we are working hard and continue to fill orders timely and correctly as backordered items become available, and the large majority of orders are still being fulfilled within a normal industry wide turn time.

I've been waiting for my school hoodie for 2 months, and they did not have it but they don't give you refund until you ask them to. I would not suggest you shop at this store. Their pre-order system does not work well. Poor service quality. Edit: they responded. The main point that I cannot accept is the system. When I asked for my order, the very first thing they asked me was: have you picked up the hoodie? I mean if you really know the situation you are in why didn't you even know where does this hoodie go? Then they try to find one in their storage but obviously, there did not. Then they FINALLY started to talk about refund. This is my main argument. Please fix the system, and I totally understand the storage shortage. This shortage is not their faults but not informing the customer is their fault.
Frisco sports was referred to me through a friend and I am so thankful for them. We were able to order custom shirts for my nephews basketball team and they turned out wonderful. Price was right and they were able to give us our order even on the short notice I gave them. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Not sure I understand this review. This order took place over 6 months ago for a custom hat order through OCSports. We are a team dealer, so in this instance we are not the manufacturer of the hats, so once we place the order we have little to no control over the performance of the vendor. However, we updated the customer literally on a daily basis that we were trying to get answers and a resolution on their hat order from the manufacturer. As part of our taking ownership, we also purchased this team complimentary hats, at our expense for them to keep and use in the interim to ensure their team had something to wear and help alleviate the delays with the manufacturer. We also apologized on several occasions both in person and through emails for a situation that although it was ultimately beyond our control, still reflects on us as an OCSports team dealer. Still have all of the email communication updating them regularly, and letting them know their order of complimentary hats had arrived and was ready for pickup.

Overall good quality but it took over a month longer then quoted and since it's outsourced, the owner Patrick, blamed it on the suppliers instead of taking ownership of the situation. Never heard an apology from him. Had to start working with someone else to get things moving.
