Yesterday was my 2nd time at Allure Hair Salon. My hair stylist/colorist was Lien. I have blond highlights and came in for touch up. My first experience was not bad, I received full head highlights, root lighten, and hair cut. The process took merely around 2 hrs, they charged me $140, which was reasonable. I was happy with the result, that's why i came back. However, my 2nd experience was terrible. The process took 4 hrs, that's because she has 2 other clients scheduled in between my session. I was very patient, except at around 3.30 minutes i informed her that i need to get going. When everything was finished, she has the audacity to charge me $200. The reason i come to this salon is because i thought the price was reasonable. For that price, i might have gone to other salon that's more well known. I reasoned w/Lien about the price, she said that she had lighten my root, that's why it was more. I showed Lien and the owner picture of my hair from the previous session, to prove to them that i had more things done last time. Lien then states the price is higher because it's post-Covid 19. I feel cheated, they took advantage of my kindness. I'm very easy going when it comes to the color/style of my hair, may be it's the nature in me, but i never complain or ever had anyone corrected their work. But this time, i root is pretty much same when i came in. The owner states that she couldn't do anything about the price but gave me her cell phone, telling me to book the next session with her for a better deal. No thanks! I'm sharing my experience so you don't have to go through what i went through. Ask them for the price prior the session. I would shop around as well, i'm sure there are other salon out there that's more professional.
Went there for the first time and was highly satisfied Kayla was really nice she listened to my request and acted accordingly the staff is really friendly and they listen to what you want Rather than being in a rush I highly recommend this salon
Worst experience you can ever get in any salon, the manager / owner Beyanca is extremely unprofessional and rude. She makes an appointment as she claims she is busy n we need to make an appointment, and she tells you she booked another customer may be because they pay more. She changes prices every 2 weeks for the same services which she did 3 times. How do people like this stay in business?? Inconsistent and Extremely unprofessional.
