Alan was hired for our wedding and everything was in our pre written agreement of what would be included. The night before wedding Alan messaged me and asked me if I was sure I didnt want myself and bridesmaids getting ready captured for an extra fee. I agreed to this On receiving our wedding video no footage of our guests arriving was captured which was one of things said to be included in package. When queried we were told that its because we opted for the pre wedding footage of us getting ready as they didnt have enough cameras to do both. Had I known that I would never have agreed for it or paid extra as for us the most important part was capturing the moments we werent there for. Also on receiving our usb my MOH speech was not included he said he missed this as it wasnt traditional to me this shows how much attention he paid to the wedding itself, we didnt receive another usb in place of it when this brought up we just had the option to download a re-edited video to a usb ourself via a link. Not only that but the actual footage itself was so poor, clearly left sitting on tripods, not personal. Our top table footage in one spot totally missing mother of bride behind a beam and camera not moving. Genuinely could have got a family member to do a better job on their phone. When we complained to him he brought up our photographer being upset by our guests, when we spoke to photographer she said this wasnt the case at all - I found this to be very unprofessional of Alan to even bring another supplier and guests in to our complaint against him. We were delighted by all of our suppliers on the day and so disappointed in this one aspect of our day. Reply to Alana reply - We knew you would say about the fact we liked the teaser video but the teaser video was just that. Not the full video of our day. As soon as I was sent the full video the issues were raised. A teaser is a few minutes you managed to capture in the day not representation of the quality of video footage taken over entire day which is what we paid for not a teaser. I never asked you to the drone. I said the DJ could get help you sort it which YOU wanted to do and he helped you sort it. You should of told me by doing the bridal prep (that you charged me an extra 50 for) you offered to do that the guest arrival included in contract would not have been provided but you failed to mention that. As for people reading the reviews not being consistent Ive tried to leave a review several times and your reviews are constantly being turned off and reviews deleted. Your reviews were 4.8 before I left this but yet only good reviews to show. Ive spoken to other couples who shared similar thoughts on experiences. So by removing your review section after disappointing couples you will Of course be able to keep things looking good to suit yourself. Ive also seen several other videographer footage from Enterkine and they manage to capture all of the top table despite the beams. The contract you gave us was not fulfilled - things that should of been included were not. Also another USB was not offered we just double checked the messages you just sent us a link and said we could share that with family and friends. So your link to your teaser does not allow people to tell wether this review is justified. Im sure it will be deleted along with the others who have spoke up though. I see you have once again deleted your Fb reviews too and Im sure youll try to get mine deleted along with the other negative reviews couples have left.

Highly recommend Alan at Memories by Movie. He shot our wedding in December and was absolutely fantastic. He worked well with our photographer and both the pics and video came out amazing. Hes super friendly and helpful which alleviated lots of stress on the day. Our video was prepared in record time as well. Thank you again Alan for your professionalism, friendliness and hard work you put into making our video so special.

Just recieved my wedding video and could not be happier, alan was amazing on the day i actually forgot he was there but I'm so glad he was our video is just amazing so glad we have it to look back on to remember our day.

Alan was absolutely incredible, he helped keep us both at ease throughout the day and was incredibly helpful - even making sure our glasses were never empty. No question was ever too big, he would always help find the answer on the lead up to the big day if we needed it! We received the teaser in just over a week which is amazing. So brilliant to get it back that quick whilst still in our wedding bubble! Couldnt recommend him highly enough, Amazing from start to finish. Thank you for being an incredible part to our big day! Will definitely be keeping his details for when my sister gets married!

Allan was great on the day of our wedding he worked well with our photographer he made us feel really relaxed and at ease he sent our teaser a week after the wedding then USB 2 weeks after the wedding loved how was all personallised great touch he captured some amazing moments we love it watched it over & over my only regret is I didn't book him for the whole night I would definitely recommend allan as won't be disappointed thanks for everything mr &mrs grady x
