Kathreen all I can say is WOW, what a horrible post. Clearly you are upset and didn't come to management and here we are. Excuses, explanation, details ... I think any reader can see through and understand you mad because you car was towed. WE do have parking management here onsite and we have 40 employees, we try everyday to do our best, we apologize for falling short.

Let me start with simple language here! DONT LET THEIR AMENITIES FOOL YOU THIS IS FAR WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. No one follows up on work orders when placed I had ceiling damage leak that happened two times! Took them 4 months to follow up and fix it. They only patched and painted! Dont dont dont dont dont get this place they always have excuses Id rather live in a tent outside that live in this building!!!!!!!!!! My kids even complain about it KIDS. I Purchased a car that didnt have plates on them and per police officer they had no right to tow the car! their excuse was car is not good condition I know its not because I wAs in process getting the car registered and so on. They towed it to S and S towing inc and go check it out! They damaged my car, front windshield one big crack, car wont start when I got to to the location to pick it up. Gas tank was empty?????? Where did the gas go if the car was not driven prior to towing? And car damage, messed up with the transmission This answers why pavilions is affiliated with INC like this! Thanks pavilions for damaging my car!!!!! And check out S and S inc towing your names up there as well!! Please people rethink your decision 20 plus before saying yes to this building!

Hi Hari, In researching your post, I found that you cancelled your application after you were approved past the refund date. We apologize that you are sour about the policy, that has no bearing on the property itself. Out of 3000 residents that live here and the 1115 apartment home we have; many more are experiencing a great living experience. There is no scam, you just didn't get what you wanted.

F1 , OPT, NEW tech hires, recent graduates moving to chicago BEWARE!!!!!!- You can find better places near/in the loop if you pay a little more. Dont pay them intial $400. They never refunded my deposit. Also, never sent me a lease as well. Edit after management reply: could you post a screenshot of the lease agreement you guys sent me. It took 2 months for you guys to send me paper lease paperwork, After charging initial deposit!?
