I recently used Alleen for a company event for 50 people after another local event company bailed out mere days before our event date because they "didn't like" what part of Cincinnati the event was being held in and were worried their materials would be vandalized. Alleen, however, doesn't discriminate and had no issue renting us their equipment for our event (which was being held on private property for the community to celebrate new construction in Bond Hill). I worked with Layne who pulled an entire event together for me last minute and was even able to take care of renting a bathroom for me! Her event crew was friendly, timely, and had no issue rearranging or shifting things like the tent during set up. They were fast and professional and set up and tore down the same day while the other company requested to set up 3 days before the event and leave their equipment up to 3 days after (a whole week!). I can't give enough praise and thanks to Alleen to coming through for my company where others wouldn't. Layne is so friendly and amazing to work with, as well! She is easy to get a hold of, is incredibly knowledgeable, and will answer any questions and ease any concerns all throughout the process. I would highly recommend Alleen for any of your event needs! P.S. All materials were returned to Alleen in the same condition we got them (i.e. not vandalized), what a surprise. Edits made to redact the name of the other event company after their manager sent me an incredibly rude email to me directly regarding my cancelled order. Since this was a work event, I opted to remove their name out of a sense of professionalism, but I sure as hell won't be using their services ever again after that.
