Service is good, its a shame their pick up and drop off service is so dysfunctional. If you live in the far end of Gainesville, youll be last on their list of pick ups, if your car is picked up at all. Our 2019 C300 was to have gone in for its second recall, but they never showed up. Wish theyd conveyed this to us before the car sat for the day. This is the second (and last) time theyve failed us in this regard, using the same, recycled excuse of someone being out sick.

Dishonest service department, service writer said I needed new brakes and rotors on all 4 wheels on my 2016 S550. At the cost of thousands of dollars.. I didn't believe him based on my many years in the automotive business so I took it to another Mercedes dealer and he check my brakes and rotors and said , they look good ,should last another 20,000 miles plus. The Honest Mercedes dealer was Daytona Mercedes. I won't be back to Gainesville, ever.

Michael in service did some work on my e350 The alt and battery. He is fast and got the job done right the first time. I have to say outstanding first experience with this service. I will be back . Oh and my car was returned cleaner then when I sent it in 5stara all around and thank you Michael

Stopped by the dealership on our way back into town. We were greeted by Eric Corley who showed us the vehicles we were interested in and took us for a test ride. Absolutely no pressure on Eric's behalf. We left the dealership but two days later I called Eric and we decided on the perfect vehicle. Unfortunately, we ended up with covid in the house but that didn't stop Eric from helping us. We did the entire transaction via phone and email with ease! On the day of pick up, Eric had everything ready, car shined and full tank of gas waiting for me. Honestly, it was the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever made and I LOVE my new car. Thanks Eric!! Will definitely be seeing you again in the future!

Bought 2019 AMG GT53 from them in December 2020 for 120K ,All the promises were broken ,Service is so bad I would not even give 1 star ,Took my car fro the second key and when returned after almost a week had all the grease stains on my expensive wrap I had on my Car ,when contacted my sales men Drake ,he said he will call me back to get those stains cleaned ,Its been 2 days not even a single message ,when I texted him he said he has to get back and again no reply ,It looks like I did a big mistake buying from this dealer ,They do not care for customer service as there is none
