I must have gotten the beginning Eye Doc (or was he an intern?) for my eye exam appointment. When I went in the Doc and his assistant fumbled around with the equipment... not seeming very familiar with how it worked. When I asked for my prescription they front desk people couldn't figure out how to print it out... so after several minutes and several trys they had the Doc come out and after several attempts he finally figured it out. I took the prescription to COSTCO and the first thing they said was that it was missing critical infomation, (one of the boxes was marked 0 and apparently it couldn't be zero related to the number in another box) So COSTCO called them and the Doc said the 0 s/b 1.5 (or something like that).... Costco made the glasses but I can't see as well with them as I can thru my old prescription. Either the Doc or COSTCO screwed up.... from everthing that happened I'm guessing it was the unprofessional Doc. I know I can go back within 90 days to get my eys re-checked by them and get a new (hopefully accurate) prescription but it was such an unprofessional debacle I'm not giving them a second chance.
Do not recommend. During my appointment they assured me my insurance covered everything and did not have to pay anything - yet I get sent a bill over a month later in the mail.

This place is really professional the entire process is smooth and fast. Prices of the frames and glasses are very reasonable with a high cp value. Will definitely recommend people to go for either eye checks or new glasses!

We did offer you last years price at the time of your order. Unfortunately, prices can fluctuate on the market every year, but we always honor our prices by offering our customers the original price they first saw. Our $30 security deposit is non-refundable, but we always, put the $30 security deposit towards your final purchase so we gain nothing from the deposit. Our $30 security deposit to order frames not carried in our store is to prevent overstocking on designer frames. Unfortunately, most eyewear labs are closed on the weekend. Canceling eyewear orders is not within our control, but within the lab your vision insurance chooses. If you have any additional concerns, we are more than willing to work with you to make your experience more enjoyable.

The owner and the staff are very GREEDY. They tried to make fool out of us. The first time we went, we asked them to order a couple of frames to try different colors of a same model. But the owner charged us $30 as a security deposit NON-REFUNDABLE. She said it can be adjusted to future order if we order from this store else $30 is gone. Second time when we were ready to give the order, the owner suddenly increased the prices of the frames that we kept on hold. The staff is not knowledgeable. The owner seemed confused too when we asked her suggestion for lenses configuration. Later, after all drama, when we asked to hold/cancel the order for which we already paid the amount for frames+lenses, the staff said orders are sent to Laboratory. They can contact the lab only on Monday and can cancel the order only if Lab not started working on the order. This store plays Scam after Scam. Better to not to go to such stores where they just try to deceive the customers. The only positive thing is they were never disrespectful with us.
