I called and scheduled borad in June for July. Asked what was needed and was told just his shot record nothing specific. So about 8 days before boarding I went to the location since this would be my first time with this business. I spoke with worker and was told that we needing 2 shots but if we didn't get with 10 days of boarding he would not be fully vaccinated but we would have to pay an extra $20 which I was ok with. So today was drop off day and we are told he can't board bc he isn't covered which we had already had this talk but now we can't even pay the extra $20bc they are full. Which none of this would have been an issue if someone would have contacted us. So now at5pm we are looking for boarding
