Took over a week for a simple t-shirt I had to go there today to get it and they took an extra 45mins to do it. On top of that they printed it crooked these fools are a joke.
It's my first time working with them and the customer service is good. From word of mouth I understand they are repeatable company, great quality. The only negative side is they have a 2-3wk lead time to my understanding is in part due to a large/popular client they have that takes priority. Which on one side is a positive means they're busy but on the negative if your looking for something soon this probably wouldn't be good for you unless you plan well in advance.
I work for a nonprofit in Oakland and Silkscreen Savage was super responsive and had a quick turnaround. They had my order ready in less than a week for an affordable price. They turned out amazing and our youth loved them! I definitely recommend them and will be going back for more as our other programs will be needing gear as well!
First of all I must say I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and service. I placed my order on August 29th 2020 and didn't receive my order until October! Once I received the the order most off them were peeling off you guys also forgot to vinyl print a sweater that I was charged for. I live an hour away from your location. I went all the way back to Oakland to return my shirts and sweater. I called my workers to see if their shirts were peeling off. Yes, they were. I didn't return those because I didn't want to make a big deal out of it and I also don't have the time to drive or ship them to Oakland again. I went back to your location to pick up the new orders and the sweater. When I got there I got my order in a bag. For future orders I recommend you guys go over the items with your clients before just handing it over in a plastic bag. Pay more attention to detail and make sure you establish a great relationship. You guys did a great job on the second vinyl print, but I went through a hassle to make this happen. The service I received was very poor and the timing was poor as well. I also emailed them about this and I didnt get a response back.
