Predatory book rental program designed to make its students pay FULL PRICE for inflated textbooks--text books that are hundreds of dollars. it's packaged information that is otherwise freely available online. Their staff is very condescending toward students and student complaints. Don't give your money to them. GET YOUR BOOKS ELSEWHERE, don't support this predatory business!

Overpriced items, and the book service was bad. I understand the frustration with having to deal with students all day, but some of their staff have a hard time checking their attitude.

Most of the stuff here is overpriced, and things you need arent always in stock. Lines can get long aswell. Unless you really need to get stuff last second, but it online or elsewhere.
