I have been doing business with this shop for a while just ...trying to get some shirts done and they said you have to speak with Larry well if you have any experience with waiting for Larry to return your phone call it's a joke ... last week I showed up and him being his normal so busy self unable to speak with me and that's OK I tried to deal with local companies but he has just turn me off and his rude reception... not begging anyone too except my coins Badddd cust service....gi ve small business a bad name

Hannekes made a mistake when receiving our order (shipped to them) and told us they'd been shorted. We apologized and when we sent extras they discovered they actually had misreported what they originally received, but ended up screenprinting an entire extra case (nearly $500 value) without talking to us at all. When we went to pick up the order we noticed the overage and they had no explanation. No apology, no accountability, nothing. They have been radio silent - not returning emails, calls, or letters. They resend their invoice every now and then but do not respond to our inquiries about it. You get what you pay for and in this case, we got cheap work and HORRIBLE service. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone for anything, ever ever ever.
