Terrible!! Eyebrows look super fake and ugly! If you even just look at the google pictures you can see how bad they look! You can see the strokes they use. VERY painful, they cut WAY too deep and leave you bleeding which is INCORRECT! Took good care of them and still only lasted 8 months when they're supposed to last 1-3 years. Also it was super expensive at the cost of $1000, kind staff but not good at what they do. Was almost not about to get them redone because of the terrible experience here, but then saw how good @krysbrows (on instagram) microbladed so got them done there, a million times better, way more realistic brows and so much less painful! Strongly recommend getting them done there. Please listen to my advice, I'm just trying to help a sister out. <3

Went here to get my eyebrows done since all the beautiful pictures on Instagram but my eyebrows are not symmetrical at all they're so crooked. In my eyes I look ugly and I have pictures to prove what I'm saying it makes me sad everytime I look in the mirror. When I put on makeup I have to always try to fix my eyebrows it's really sad and upsetting because it's not like they can get rubbed off. Hopefully one day when I get the money I'll try to get them fixed. I'm so disappointed Update 04/13/2019 No offense to you guys at Sheila Bella. I did get my eyebrows done there. This email is not my personal email. I use this for YouTube and other things. I did end up getting my eyebrows redone somewhere else. I'm not going to promote them out of respect to your business. But I'm not lying I'm being honest my eyebrows did not look symmetrical and now they do because I got them fixed somewhere else. Don't get me wrong all your staff is very nice, polite, and even my eyebrow specialist was awesome. The snacks are free and very beautiful office. but my eyebrows didn't come out as I expected that's all. I payed alot just to feel disappointed. It was just bad luck maybe others had great eyebrows done but I didn't. Sorry for this comment but it's true in my case

I came in yesterday super nervous and excited and walked out completely HAPPY!! Complementary valet at the North Hollywood location, super convenient. The minute you walk in you're greeted and made to feel comfortable, staff is so lovely! Sheila did an incredible job on my eyebrows!! she took her time and we agreed on my shape and color. The numbing cream did help a bit but still a little pain, I expected that since it is permanent make up. Finishing product was GREAT! Especially when it came down to covering up my scar. Overall Sheila was amazing ,took her time and made feel comfortable and now even more confident about my brows.
