Hi Samantha! We apologize your expectations weren't met. While many couples come in to float, and can do the orientation as well as the Oxygen Bar afterwards, floating is definitely designed for a non distracted environment. While we don't have plans to change that this is definitely a great thing for couples to come do, we are sad it didn't meet your expectations. The next time you are stressed, or just need a great self care experience, come float with us again, and hopefully you will reconsider your low rating for us! Peace!

Booked a couples session after seeing an ad for this specific business and location- however after booking discovered they do not in fact have anything setup for couples. Still confused as to why there was an ad for a service they dont have. TLDR: single, good to go. Couples- youll be sent to separate pods.

I have thought all day about how to write a review. I have a hard time leaving this review but at the end of day it is necessary. I went for the first time today with my husband. I absolutely loved the spa feel and enjoyed the float. I would normally say I would love to go back, however, due to the situation that happened, I don't feel comfortable going back. My husband and I arrived to do our first float. We were wearing our masks as stated and required to enter. We both were signing our waivers when two women came after us. They walked in with NO masks on. This location is quite small and we are all in close proximity. The sweet girl at the desk, Emmie , was asked by the ladies if they had extra masks. She informed them that they did not and then after a slight pause told the women that it was okay that they didn't have the required masks to come to the spa. Then we were put in room to watch a video and the women came in and sat mere inches from me and my husband. Again, zero masks on. I had my mask on the entire time and wish I had simply got up and left. I wish they had turned the women away when they came with no masks. After the float, you are taken to the main lounge and offered oxygen treatment. I loved this entire experience minus the two women who came with no masks and again sat right by us. I wore my mask even with the oxygen treatment on. Why have a rule that you have to wear mask, not to uphold it? As a stroke survivor, I am very careful where I go and would not have gone today had I known that masks were "optional". I absolutely loved the float and the staff, and Emmie was so amazing and the man at the desk, but I cannot see going back due to the stress it caused me in being put into a awkward situation.

Thank you Jeromy for floating with us! So happy we can help you with what ails you! Like you mentioned, floating is amazing for get better sleep, physical pain, as well as athletic repair/recovery. We like to say that we massage your body(super relax muscles, nerves and joints floating in 11 inches of water and 1,000lbs of Epsom Salts), as well as a good mental massage(we help turn off senses. The water is heated to skin temperature, so you won't be hot/cold. That will turn off the touch sense. There is a soft light in the pod. We want you to turn it off. You can keep it on if you prefer. That will turn down or turn off the sight sense. And then you wear ear plugs. Turning off senses will take your brain from Beta Brain wave activity, into a super relaxed and therapeutic Theta Brain wave state. Again, it's like getting a Mental and Physical Massage all at the same time. When you need a break, come float with us again at True Rest Float Spa Provo!

Kris & the gang that work there do wonderful work I've been able to cut back on my massage costs and other therapies and Therapeutics that I do to control pain and sleeplessness and my personal life so grateful I met them and love going there every month
