Absolutely terrible. There is not ONE GOOD that that happened. We purchased a battery with an extended warranty plan for a mac laptop. It took two weeks and we got the battery. When we put the battery into the laptop, the laptop would not turn on. We emailed laptop battery one and sent the first battery back. We waited for three weeks to get the second battery. That battery as well would not start the computer. I looked at the battery and saw they had the color wires in a different spot that apples mac- also both batteries did not plug into the mac very well- the plastic end was a little bigger than the original. With enough pressure you could get it in. We charged both batteries before we tried to turn on the computer. Followed all apples instructions when changing a battery and bought the correct tools. We informed laptop battery one about the problem. They said to send it back. A couple months went by and I emailed them asking what's going on. They said we don't handle that laptop - battery is discontinued. I said I believe it being they didn't work. So I asked for my money back. Another month went by and emailed them again. They replied that they will not give me my money back and issue a store credit. I replied I am not going through this again with them and I want my money back. I paid for a service with a warranty that they can not provide . No response again. I found their number and called them. Told the person at the end of the line what was going on and all the issues I had. She said it's true they do not handle my battery anymore and I had an in store credit. She asked if I would like to utilize it. I said I would love to and told her I'm looking for a battery for a mac laptop. She looked up the number and it was of coarse the same number I originally ordered. She said I'm sorry but that battery is discontinued. So I told her I do not have another laptop so how is an in store credit going to help me in anyway. She said I'm sorry but I can not help you. I asked for a manager. She hesitated and you could hear her put her hand over the phone and said something to another person. She said I'm sorry but the manager is out right now. I asked who were you just talking to? She stuttered and said the manager.i asked for her to put her on. There was a pause and said the manager is about to leave.i asked her to had the phone to the manager please. She told me the manager won't take the call. I asked the lady what can I do to get something done. She said I have an in store credit and asked if I would like to utilize it. I said are we ou kediri get me. She told me to call back. She hung up. Every time I called offer thisthey did not even pick up the phone call. So I used MasterCard and tried to do a charge back. I submitted my clamp to my card. A week later a received an email saying labtop battery one has a return window and I missed it so they can't do anything for me. I called MasterCard and told they I kept getting the run around and what was I supposed to have done. He said I'm sorry but I can't help you. I told him visa will do a charge back no questions asked. He had no answer. So long story short - STAY AWAY FROM LAPTOP BATTERY ONE!!!!!!! I am also staying away from MasterCard every chance I get. Just sharing my bad experience. Maybe it will help someone, maybe not.
