We are sorry that you are disappointed in your experience at Sheffield and appreciate your feedback. I provide a copy of our course curriculum to each perspective student and insist that all students meet with me to discuss what they are looking to get out of the course. For all interested parties that already have experience in audio or video, I try to talk through what areas of expertise they are looking to grow and evaluate if our program is the right fit for them. Our students are required to fill out evaluations for their instructors and the course throughout the program. We encourage students to be as honest as possible on these evaluations to allow us to better assess the quality of education we are providing. I also make myself available to all of our students for guidance and career counseling. Please dont hesitate to contact me directly. No body in the building cares about the video program. Waste of money. I left knowing almost nothing new when I left other than I just lost 15k dollars. If you need to learn how to use a camera....you can either go here for 15k or go to youtube for FREE. No skills learned. Very disappointed.

The moment I walked through the door at Sheffield, I knew this was the place I wanted to be. Going on a tour of the building further solidified my decision. I can't thank my fellow classmates and the SIRA staff enough for making every day interesting, humbling, and just downright fun. The atmosphere Sheffield possesses is unlike any school environment I've experienced. I credit Sheffield for lighting a fire inside me and encouraging me to succeed in the audio field.

Their curriculum is great for anyone who has the drive to succeed (even if they have little to no knowledge of the field) and can make them a skilled and talented professional. All their teachers are working professionals outside of the classroom. So they teach you current and up to date techniques, as well as personal tips and life lessons you need in the field. After Graduation the school still keeps in touch and gives me plenty of job offers. I enjoyed pretty much every second of this place and still do as Intern.
