Would love to give this place 5 stars, but the parking is an absolute nightmare. There is a small parking garage on site, and residents have the option to pay an extra monthly fee of ~$100 / month for reserved spots, but they oversold the parking spots so now residents that opted not to pay the extra fee, are essentially out of luck in the evenings. There are not enough spaces for residents to begin with and the facility cares more about making extra money instead of providing parking for ALL residents who already pay steep rent. If you arrive home after 6-7 PM, you will likely have to find street parking which also isnt always available. Dont live here if you want to have a car!

Tayler and Brianna have given me 10 star service. From the first encounter with Tayler she was helping me land my dream apartment. She stayed in touch and let me know when an apartment came open. Brianna got envolved in the application process keeping in touch with me on a daily basis. In the end Tayler walked me through filling out the application at her work desk. I cant say enough about how wonderful these ladies are. I look forward to my new home at The Lane at Waterway

This place is over-capacity. Parking is overflowing. The main parking entrance gate has been broken, all the way up, and wide open to anyone to enter for at least 1-2 weeks now. Management didnt calculate parking spots, and allowed any resident to pay $75 per additional vehicle, unlimited. Some people have 3-4 additional cars that havent moved in weeks. One of only two elevators has been broken for 3 weeks now. Minimal communication by management on any of this. I would look elsewhere.
