We love kith and been shopping there for a long time. Most of the time we got 100% good service from the store they been really helpful. Unfortunately today we met an Asian cashier who speak Mandarin and was helping us at the check out. His name i believe is Gar as showing on the receipt. Extremely rude throw my ID on the counter first( For security reasons do you have to check the name on the card ) and he threw my receipt again on the counter. I am not sure what was he going through maybe his puberty. We have to rush a event after so we decided not to get involved. But thats extremely rude and unprofessional. He didnt care to find my account and created a new account for me without informing me as well. I didnt say anything offended him and was happy he could speak mandarin and helping us, even though it turned out to be a worse shopping experience ever! Some update: So the customer care says the store manager will get back to us but it nv happened. So if Kith( owner) you see my comment here we had reach out to customer care but nv heard anything back. By the way ur store manager was helpful and helped us many times.
Its funny when you call a store Kith, but the guy on the phone talks to you like a stranger thats bothering him. Reduce the egos and make greater impact.
One of the few stores that I actually hit raffles in. Process is well managed and smooth. Kith does a fantastic job of following COVID-19 protocols. Staff is friendly and there is a wide selection of fashionable goods available.
Cool store promoting culture. Unnecessary line outside in order to build hype but what youll find is poorly trained staff and Poor quality clothes (low level Chinese imports) for the price.
