Awful customer experience! I asked for fireplace mantle brackets to be created by Roger over 3 months ago. I heard excuses such as a busy holiday season, a fire in the building, trying to find time with the blacksmiths , etc. Finally after 10+ phone calls from me to Roger, he said he just can't find time to make the brackets. Seriously? Who puts someone on hold for 3 months and then says "I just can't make the time." I was never a priority and he said there were bigger jobs ahead of me. So much for small fish in the pond. Also, knowing that he is a Minnesota native, he lost his "Minnesota Nice" card. Boooooooo to you Roger!

We can do nothing but offer our sincerest apology in this situation. As Ms. Lasky has stated, there is no excuse that a product took as long as it did to be delivered, and all that we can do at this point is to take responsibility for what was our mistake. As mentioned, there were 2 orders that were placed roughly 6 months apart. Unfortunately, the first order was assigned to one of our engineers who ended up going out on a medical leave. Both orders ended up being reassigned to another engineer, but what ended up slipping through the cracks was that one of the orders was signifcantly older than the other, and both products ended up shipping out at the same time. We can do nothing once again but offer an apology for what was clearly a mistake on our part with regards to this order. We did give Ms. Lasky as significant discount for her trouble, and as far as we know she is happy with the quality of products. While certain products that we offer do have a extremely long production times, as was stated by Ms. Lasky, in this situation the product should have been delivered much sooner, and we take full responsibility for our mistake on this order.

I ordered 1 chandelier and a pair of lamps from this company. It took 1 year to receive my chandelier and 6 months to get a pair of lamps. They were happy to communicate to give me a quote and take the order, but nearly impossible to reach once it was in production. I am a professional interior designer of 10+ years and would not recommend this business.

What a great experience! I was searching for an entry door that would compliment our new custom home. We wanted something different and unique, but everything was so ordinary. Then I found Artfactory and sent them an email asking about their products. I was contacted right away and all my questions were answered and they made our dream house even better with an outstanding process and door. Even the architect was blown away by the door, as well as a bit annoyed because he didnt know about it! Thanks!!!

Greg, These forums are for paying customers, you have never been a customer of Scottsdale Art Factory. YOU ARE A COMPETITOR. We apologize that you believe that we stole your designs. We are a custom furniture manufacturer and we cannot help if a client brings us images from other businesses to fabricate and customize the designs. As far as we know we are in two totally different realms of business. We apologize that you believe that you have invented the crank table, and for some reason, you feel the need to only harass us, the image of crank tables can be seen anywhere on the web from google, to Pinterest ect. You have been harassing us across all social media sites and we will take legal action if it does not stop. Please fill free to give us a call if you have any questions.

They stole images from my website and are pretending it's their product. It's their secret policy, as all of their images are stolen. Read up on the reviews before you buy from these crooks!
