I came in looking for a refrigerator. This place was actually recommended. When I entered there was a man at the desk. I spoke first to him, but there was never any questions, service or possible explanation for lack of service. I walked through and no one approached me. I decided I am too old for this junk and walked out.

I sent several emails (with ALL my contact info) requesting quotes for a new kitchen install and never received anything from them. Apparently business must be really good to completely ignore a potential new client.

Do yourself a favor and find another vendor... A key indication of how well a business is run is when there is a problem. These guys run and hide. I purchased an expensive induction cook top from NorthPoint. They broke the cook top and my down draft upon initial delivery. 5 weeks after install neither the cook top or down draft has been repaired. Instead of replacing the brand new cook top they broke, they offered to refurbish it instead. On the downdraft (that they broke) they are saying I'll have to buy a new one because they can't repair it. Every interaction with NorthPoint has been me chasing them for follow up. Sales rep Hannes Coetez and owner "Allen" continue to hide behind email and lack any type of responsive service you would expect. I highly recommend you DO NOT use NorthPoint Appliance. They are completely slimy.
