DO NOT VISIT SERVICE! I visited on 5/27/2022 and 5/28/2022 for a wheel lock issue. They intentionally sold me a wheel lock key that was defective and damage the lock. Then Tony and Tierra in service asked me to pay $286 in addition to the damage they caused to fix the wheel lock they damaged. I went to GLOBAL IMPORTS BMW and they fixed is for $104 less that the damage BMW Gwinnett caused. I will never go to this dealership again and discourage my more than 20 dozens friends who are a BMW owner not to by or get serviced.

Standard of excellence known is non existent Dangerous recall for possible engine catching fire. Yes rare but still is in recall for it. And you want to charge $165 for inspection? WOW it should be free. Better yet take the car back or offer something. My brother was told to bring it un was not told about any charge. Instead of offering something for the misinformation and huge inconvenience. You sent him away with no inspection given on a car with a dangerous recall.
