This review is for afternoon tea at Grand Salon, not for the theater itself. The place itself is very nice with beautiful decorations and impeccable service. I especially liked the beautiful tea sets served at the table. The problem is that the food itself is so bad. Most of savory and sweet snacks were extremely bland - especially the cake. It was unbelievably similar to the 4 ingredient chocolate cake Im preparing for the kindergarten birthdays, only someone skipped on the chocolate. The contrast with the beautiful presentation and the pretty setting hits hard once you rake the first bite. I could live with the tiny and pricey portions, London - I get it, but not with flavorless and boring food

Obviously it's an incredible theatre, but sat in the upper balcony and couldn't see half the stage...

Went to see frozen the musical and loved every minute of it. Staff were helpful and friendly and the show was absolutely fantastic

Lovely theatre. We came to London specifically to see Frozen and we werent disappointed. Staff are all really nice, helpful and friendly too.
