I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. Not only did it take them 2 days to return an email to me. After i had been into there store front. But once i ordered my custom embroidered shirt. That was for a very important project for work. Also the shirt cost over $100 for one shirt. The young gentleman told me it would be ready on time with no issues. Called me the following Monday and told me they shipped the wrong size shirt and mine would not be ready on time. This is going on 5 days now since i ordered this. I was told i would be getting a full refund for this. 2.5 weeks later i have not heard from them or received a refund yet. For a product i never received. Bad business practice all the way. Buyer beware when purchasing things from this place.

Can be good, but I would recommend going elsewhere. We have done a handful of small orders through this shop over the last few years. We recently ordered a couple of hats and requested they use the same set-up as our last and only order of hats. When I went to pick up the hats not only was it the wrong logo, it was in the wrong place. I had already paid for them but was told I would need to pay again to have it done correctly. We even offered to cover the cost for embroidery if they covered the cost of the TWO hats. The owner was so adamant that it was our fault for not giving more specific instructions. We referenced our previous hats when we submitted the order AND when we stopped in to pay for it, never did anyone ask that we provide more information- they just wrote down our account and said we were good to go. Been a long time since Ive seen a business handle a situation like this so poorly.

Caps Etc. is a great, talented organization. Tracy and his team have done a lot of promotional work with us from pens to cookies and they always do a fantastic job. They are always on time and on budget and are very creative in finding the solutions we want.

Corresponded via email about a quote for embroidering something. Tracy was short and rude in her messages. She refused to send me a picture of font options to make it easier for me since I live decently far from the shop. She said Id have to come into the store to see.
