I have used ESI in the past and thought they did good work. I have contacted them at least 3 times in the last two months about a potential job. I have had no follow up at all. I will take my business elsewhere.

Refused service based on my religious affiliation. Attached is the image they would not embroider. As you can see, the image is not profane nor obscene. This was religious discrimination.
