I'm concerned because I don't have any record of this customer and can't find a way to ask him or Google what the review is in relation to. Three stars is not acceptable to us and I'd like the opportunity to fix it. I'm also concerned that this person has left dozens of 3 star reviews, nothing more and nothing less, for dozens of local businesses.
