More concerned with commission than the integrity of the business. We installed numerous kitchens for them and they insisted things outside of the scope of work went through them when unrelated to the kitchen so to charge a mark-up. Even upon sending them a referral of a long time customer, they insisted that the entire project must go through them as a whole which cost the customer thousands more. Too many other kitchen firms in the game to deal with poor ethics.
