Placed one order - shipping super expensive to the UK. Looked to place a second order and contacted them on whether they have alternative shipping option - regular post for example. They didn't bother responding. The packs are also poorer quality than expected.

I bought the 1oz compostable transparent bags. I really like the thickness of the bag, I feel sure that it wont break easily and spill the powders. I like that I can heat seal the top! Great product! Originally I was looking for a 1oz bag, but this is much larger then that. However, I discovered, because its made for heat seal, that I can shrink the bag size from below and cut off the excess. Its one more step but it is worth it for the compostable plastic option!

Mark, thanks for your feedback. Fortunately ElevatePackaging.com offers a simple solution for these points! Please consider a laminated clear pouch or flat bag. We can help to show you the options offered here. The laminated bags stay closed tightly, very strong, and are not fragile; furthermore they can be securely and easily heat-sealed and have air-tight and moisture-tight seals (the seals are even strong enough for vacuum seals!). They are not crinkly or noisy too! Also, they do not have a seam allowing for the entire front and entire back of the packaging to be transparent with nothing to obscure the product inside. Love that it's all compostable, wish the packages would stay closed better and wish they were not so fragile. Very crinkley and noisy, easy to tear along the seams, plus ther main seam is down the center of the bag, which obscures my product.
