Good Wednesday morning Jorge Santos Sorry for you bad experience. But were here too help people for theirs broken zippers fix and replace. For some cases for instance your we need it more time to find exactly same kind or closer type zipper. We always ask customers if they want one of ours But youre want the same. So thats makes to us to take time for finding it. I understand you wanted in certain time line that is your opinion which we respect that. This place is called Zipper Hospital. You would think it's the best place to fix a zipper, right? Wrong! I brought in a jacket for a zipper replacement. Was told it would take about a month, which seemed excessive. But they would call when done. Two months after... no call. I called them and not only they hadn't even started the job, they also did not give me any clue as to when it could be done. They even tried to argue that some people wait 6, 10 months. Well, not me! Some people even forget about their clothes, they said. No wonder! If they couldn't give a deadline to the job, they should have told me upfront. Went back to pick up my jacket, unfixed... Never again!

I think over all that this is a good place but unfortunately I had a bad experience. I brought my purse in because the zipper was broken. The man who helped me told me that it would be very expensive to replace it and that I should probably get a new bag. But then he offered to do a temporary fix for $15 which he estimated would last up to 6 months. Unfortunately, It lasted about 2 days! I returned with my bag about a week later and he refused to try and fix it again or to give me any of my money back. It just didn't sit right with me...
