Do not buy here ever. My family reached the record. ONE YEAR AND 2 MONTHS AND STILL NO SOFA. BEYOND ACCEPTABLE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. COSTUMER SERVICE COMPLETELY ABSENT.
Writing this review to warn other people of the recent changes and challenges with ABC. Re-consider if looking to buy something from them. They have gone bankrupt and now are struggling to manage how to get new and current orders out to customers. There is absolutely no communication or transparency. You have to chase them to get vague answers back. We ordered a couch in May and then found out -- 7 months later -- they still do not even have an update or estimate on the couch due to internal re-organzation (aka filing for bankruptcy). This was after getting updates back in June that we were all on track (originally we were told 5 months and then it went to 7). I am willing to wait the 7 months that's not the issue but when the time came for delivery I got a note that they have no idea where my couch even is. I asked for a refund for the couch because at this point I do not think we will be receiving. They refused a refund and instead offered a credit for me to purchase something else with them which is mindblowing. They will blame delays on supply chain issues (which I do know are a true and real struggle for many). This however is an issue with ABC. Truly beware of purchasing from them. They do not even have a customer service # to call at this point. It's a mess! Would not recommend.
Simply put, the worst experience with a company I have ever had. Even ranking them with 1 star is about 3 stars too many. Waiting over 7 months for a couch to be delivered, zero updates on timeline, refusing to refund money and bankruptcy. Stay away from them at all costs.
