I stayed with some friends for 1.5 months and was thankful that I didn't sign the lease and moved out. Pros: Great location, as it is close to a big shopping center. The apartment complex itself looks good on the outside, beautiful ambience. Cons: Gosh. Cockroaches. Not one or two. But a whole family of cockroaches. The management did try a couple of times, different methods. I myself bought plenty of Roach Motels, and captured 4 boxes full of roaches. But they kept coming back. I couldn't cook or keep anything for a second. Roaches will be all over it. I gave up and moved out. The unit I lived in was pretty old. Looked average to me.

My family lived at The Garden Apartments for 9 1/2 years. Zoe and Vladimir have been amazing, treated us like family. Any maintenance they were on top of it. We were sad to leave but job transferred to another state. I highly recommend anyone to live here, very clean and peaceful. Thank you guys for all those years.

I like the property, it's clean, friendly neighbors, the management is always there when you need them! I would recommend it to friends. Overall good place to live!

The management are really rude and they never do the work they say they are going to do... The assistant manager Santos stunk like alcohol and could not stand straight when he did come over to do some work... Not to mention when I went to their unit and knocked on the door for a plumbing situation I had that needed the up most attention his wife was smoking weed and the unit was filled with pot smoke...The wife's name is Bree I believe and could not stop hitting on me and asking if I smoke pot.... It's a very very bad place to live... I tell you never again...
