We went to the office to find out which boats were for sale but as soon as we walked in we felt very unwelcome, like we were being an inconvenience. One of the male staff was very abrupt and his tone of voice was inappropriate. He told me I shouldn't be in there as it was by appointment only. I asked if I needed an appointment to go in and ask for info on which boats were for sale and he did actually agree that I did not need an appointment to do that. However his arrogance has made me want to avoid buying from this company. His poor customer service was offensive and unnecessary.

These people are very professional and friendly and very informative the gentlemen whom delt with our enquiry helped us go through all the information we needed and did spend time explaining everything. There was no pushy salesperson, we could have just walked away would definitely recommend this company way we felt like we had known him for years .
