Update: Issue below was resolved today after my dad was able to get ahold of them. They are refunding the order now. My father canceled a $400 order for black dirt after I had a conversation with him, about the need and expense of the purchase. He is learning to manage his finances on his own for the first time in his life (my mom always did it for him), so I apologize that he submitted the order in the first place. Usually you can cancel an item if it has not been delivered. He paid over the phone the day he ordered it and canceled it before they gave him the dirt. So they charged him $400 for what, air? The order has not been refunded despite the cancellation and a follow up voicemail after the charge did not reverse in the time frame they gave us. So we are now disputing the fraudulent charge with the bank, but would been way easier if Kern had just worked it out with my dad.
