Wait and buy your photos from the online developer they sell the rights to after 6 weeks a lot cheaper this way. Also be careful you tick box not to share data

Just got off to customer service (Lisa) no help at all this company seems to be nothing but a huge con, no help at all with supportive help nothing was explained about refunds instead told that its stated on receipt that's received after purchase (funny that) everything received is far from worth it! I advise people to just bring your own phone or camera and have all photos offers printed at your nearest snappy snaps!!! For the price!! Really not worth it and feel like just throwing everything in the bin as we are just not happy especially with the service received over the phone!!!
