Ms. Moore, thank you for the feedback. I'm so sorry you were injured. Having this product removed from the market is, unfortunately, not a remedy that's available under the law. There are some government agencies that have the power to remove products from the market. For example, the FDA has the power to remove dangerous foods or drugs, but the FDA's authority doesn't cover bathmats. If you want me to see if I can find a government agency to file a grievance with please let me know, and I'll find out who to contact.

Friendly & Willingness to walk you through details, and that was truly awesomeness! But "no" info for 4mos...Fell in tub due to a bad shower mat...bought @ walmart and the "suckion tabs" don't hold and broke my arm in 2 spots and could Not be repaired,,,did not want any money just Needed mat to be taken "off the market" but that did Not happen*RLM*

I'm sorry I was unable to return your calls that weekend. As we discussed since, my experience as an adjuster and as an attorney have shown me that having an actual attorney physically present on the scene of a wreck like this can be critical to the success of a case. And, because it's my reputation that's at stake, I prefer for that attorney to be ME. That does mean, of course, that there are times when I'm not going to be able to return calls the same day. Fortunately, in this instance, I was able to preserve the evidence we needed before it was lost. I apologize I was unable to be reached during that time. I hope I have since answered all of your questions and addressed any/all of your concerns. If not, will you please let me know?

I never spoke with Justin. I spoke with Connie once, she was preoccupied didn't know my case and I felt like I was a nuisance to her. I spoke with Teresa twice, she knew me, my case and made me feel very much at ease. I revived the "thank you for hiring my firm" letter today. They put down one of the victims of the crash as the defendant. I had to get the witnesses, the police report and the photos. I did all the work and they couldn't even figure out who the defendant was. I called and fired them and got nothing but attitude from the answering service. If you want a real attorney, go elsewhere. If you get injured and do all the legwork so the wrong person can be sued, this is the firm for you.
