Ordered an item online. When it arrived to me it was not like the photos from the website and so I wanted to return it as the listing was misleading. I wasn’t credited back the shipping cost and had to pay another $20 to ship it back. I understand if it was just something I decided not to keep, but I was mislead by the photos on the website. Not only that, but communication was not great at all when trying to request a refund and even after agreeing that the photos were different than the item I received, she did not care about her error. I’m now out about $30 that wouldn’t have happened if the listing were correct. It wouldn’t have been an issue if the owner fixed the mistake and apologized, but that did not happen.
