Stacy, The item was sent to you on 2 occasions, both of which we had video cameras on the checking and packaging of the item. We did not ship broken or used items. The first one that we replaced without a cost to you was broken by someone jamming an SD card into the unit. We replaced it with a different item that you requested and you then took a picture claiming the item was broken. There was no possibility this happened on our end based on the photos that showed the item dissected into various parts. We went through this process with BBB,Yelp and now Google. I hope you know our reputation is critical to us but sometimes, we have customers that are unreasonable. Very unfortunate.

I ordered a camera/clock radio which was received defective as it came without the on/off switch. Long story short, this company proceeded to send me a refurbished item which was missing screws, falling apart and completely defective. The item was not in an even remotely new condition. Upon contacting them and providing ample documentation of the defect immediately upon opening the box, this company proceeded to accuse me of tampering with the item and causing the damage myself. There is no way a screw completely comes out, rips through a QC sticker and falls out of 2 completely sealed boxes as shown in the photos. Also, brand new items do not come with QC labels, especially ones that are torn. This company is a complete scam; don't waste your time or money. Side Note: When fighting me through the BBB, they provided photos of an item with a completely different serial number and QC stickers stating that I must of bought the same product from another company and am trying to return that one to them. Their responses were incredibly outlandish and the owner has absolutely no compassion for others. I have never had a worse customer service experience in my entire life.

Timm, We dont offer a return policy as most spy product, book, software or music seller. Our products all carry warranties so if you have or had an issue, please let us know immediately and we will resolve it. Since I am unaware of any issues with customers this year, I assume you are assuming a scenario that did not happen. But contact me if you have issues.
