My Husband had appalling experience here while trying to buy a new pan. He found the pan he wanted to purchase and was carrying it around the store while looking at other items. The lady behind the counter was eyeing him down and acting like he was going to try to steal the pan and proceeded to come up to him and ask if she could take the pan and put it on the counter. Once again implying he was going to try to walk out with it. His two friends with him witnessed the entire thing and they all felt extremely uncomfortable. My Husband bought the pan and and left as quickly as he could after the experience. Once he got out of the store the was looking at the pan and noticed it was bent. He went back into the store to show the woman and she tried to give him a hard time about returning the pan due to the fact he paid with an Old Mill gift card. They eventually refunded him with a gift card to their store only and not an Old Mill gift card. Why would we ever want to come to our store after this? Extremely unprofessional maybe you should treat your customer like customers and not shoplifters just an idea.
