Since opening Joy Street almost 6 yrs ago, our return policy has been displayed at the register in front of the credit card machine. It is also clearly displayed on the receipt you presented today--we offer a merchandise credit within 10 days of purchase (unless holiday, food or sale items). The purchase was from 12/16 (32 days ago). We have this policy in order to help us manage inventory and buying on our end as well as making sure we have fresh products to sell. We are very sorry to lose you as a customer based on our published return policy. We hope you'll consider us again in the future.
