First time around was all good! Following time after several of my merchandise was done wrong, logo on backwards on sweatshirts, and stitching wrong on hats. Doesn't bother to contact you if he is unsure of something, just goes and does it anyway. It's a one man shop and not a big shop, stuff all over the place. There are better places to go to.

This is a one man shop, so I hate to leave a negative review, but my order was not done within a reasonable time, I sat at the shop for 1+ hours waiting for it to be done a week later, no effort was made to contact me about the delay (he says he called the wrong number although I confirmed the number written down on his intake form is correct), and my email asking about whether or not it would be ready went unchecked. To get a small, short bible verse embroidered on a baby blanket was $55. Ive had many similar blankets made and never been charged over $30. He said he tells all of his customers that theres an additional set-up fee for single items, but this was also never communicated. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Had to have embroidery done on a travel bag in two days for a super late Christmas present. Stix helped me out and was extremely professional and helpful. My buddy absolutely loved the job he did! Will absolutely use this place again when I need work done.
