Oh Christie...I sure wish your review was accurate. There was a literal Fertilizer fire across from our place of business and the city wouldn't let us in. We weren't able to access anything to work...that's completely unfair to even bring up and we have busted TAIL to catch back up. You ordered something where the title didnt match the photo...messaged and never got a response and then thought you'd just receive what was in the title. I offered to replace them but i can see that that isn't enough for you. I'll be donating $1 to the Satanic Temple in your honor and we no longer will be doing business with you in the future. Also i'd like to add the proper way to contact us is communicated in many many places. However we have been experiencing issues with FB messenger, which we communicated and is OUT of our control. So we opened up being able to email AND added a new chat service. So normally there's no email chain and i have no clue what you're talking about.

This company offers good products but their customer service is horrible. The only means of communication is through a Facebook app until you make a purchase and have an email chain. They make excuses for everything. I had waited well over the 5 business days for a design (however they changed business days due to something affecting them- my understanding is business days are universal Monday-Friday, not at your discretion!) I had customers wait and then I placed the order which they had mislabeled and I contacted them to correct with assuring my order would be correct. Was given the excuse again that they didnt see nor mark my message which they clearly have their store name attached too! Beyond frustrating when they arent out anything to fix the order that I agreed to return the shirts that were not what I wanted. Good, quality customer services and word of mouth keep people buying. This is my second bad experience with them! We wont be back! If I could give a zero- I would!
Ma'am your sweatshirt order didnt close until the 7th and it's 10 business days from THAT date. You agreed to our policy of not inquiring before that 10 business day turnaround or your order would be cancelled. Yes, we do both know the truth. You clearly are someone who thinks they are above the rules and policies they agree to somewhere.

I ordered a sweatshirt from this business and two weeks after my order was confirmed, it still hadn't shipped. I emailed the business when it would be shipped and they brushed me off with some information about it's a 7-10 day turn around. I then asked if it would be shipped by the end of that week, since that's when the 7-10 day turn around would be. Instead of sending me when it would ship, they simply said, "No, that is incorrect." I then had to ask for a THIRD TIME when my already-paid-for sweatshirt would be shipped and they emailed me back randomly that my order had been canceled and refunded instead of simply emailing me the date it would be shipped. After writing this review and reading that I was giving "false" information, I wanted to touch base with the company in order to let them know that what I posted was accurate. I simply wanted to know when my order would ship and no date was ever given. Any company that does not allow customers to ask a simple question, or give a specific answer is just unprofessional. I received an email back telling me that I "clearly couldn't count" and that I "am a horrible customer" and "they don't want me." All of these statements are just horribly unprofessional and honestly rude after I was nothing but respectful as a customer who was dissatisfied. My review may be reported and the owner can respond with whatever, but we both know the truth and there are emails to prove it. It's so unfortunate that this is how it was. After reading other reviews and the responses from the owner, it is clear the level of unprofessionalism. So unfortunate that they feel the need to attack their customers when theres an issue instead of actually addressing the issue at hand.
Amazing business to work with! They are very upfront with turnaround time and directions for placing orders. I will definitely continue to do business with them.
I've ordered so many shirts from this company that I've truly lost count. The quality is perfect, bella canvas shirts are amazingly soft and love that they have the information and policies listed on their website so that way I can't overlook anything! I appreciate the service, management and timeliness of all of my past orders and look forward to the future orders I most definitely will place!
You ordered on FAIRE, Devonna. There was no issue with you inquiring with your order in fact we happily and nicely responded to you. The issue was you found it disrespectful when i informed you that i do not CALL customers since you requested a phone call. It's a severe anxiety disorder....that's what you got mad at me for. Just because someone tells you no, does not make it disrespectful. Anywho, we let you know your order was on the way we had definitely already shipped it out. We even had a supervisor come to the office today...this afternoon and what do you know...your package has scanned in Greensboro. We do hope you enjoy ALL of the items you ordered though :) P.S. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! I made the mistake of not reading the reviews and learned the hard way by being treated with poor customer service and a canceled order. Read the reviews and owner responses and you will quickly understand and see that this is not a professional company and they do not care about their customers. They show nothing but disrespect to customers if they try to inquire about an order. I'm glad to take my business elsewhere and never order from them again. To the owner.... Before you respond that I've never ordered from you I have and I have proof of our conversation.
