Absolutely amazing service from Ian Mulgrew from start to finish. Highly recommend seeing him. I was a bit hesitant to buying a car from BMW and had a million questions, Ian was really helpful with his advice and guidance, the best bit was that there was no sales type pitch nonsense and felt I could trust his advice. He Answered all my questions in a very professional manner. He also communicated all steps of the purchase and even went above and beyond to ensure he could get me the best deal possible on the car, and i can happily say that he got me the best deal possible. really good communication skills, friendly, approachable and straight forward.
