I purchased a used 2012 GMC Acadia from Scott Douglas at New Holland Auto Group back in Nov 2021. He was a pleasure to work with. We had one little hiccup just recently where I discovered my A/C didn't work. It was too cold to test it before we bought it because it is a temp sensored A/C unit. I had contacted Scott to advise of my issue (even though it was bought as is) and he reached to his his manager to see if anything could be done. Long story short, they had me bring my car in, gave me a rental for a few days and they fixed my A/C. Thank you New Holland for making things right. Everyone that I have dealt with in the organization has been very friendly and enjoyable to work with.
