Your General Contractor was provided a full set of cabinetry drawings to review the design/layout and ensure sufficient tolerance for electrical and plumbing requirements prior to the installation of cabinetry. And unfortunately that did not occur. Thank you for also pointing out the importance of a good General Contractor.
