Hi Mark, Thanks for your message. I'm sorry your one yard sign didn't work out to your time frame expectation. We try to embellish as much as possible in house but operate with two limitations, 1. Production Schedule, and 2. Type Product. In the promotional product world there are over 800,000 products and as much as we would like to, we can't afford to have equipment to print every single item... so in certain cases we partner with a number of sub-contactors. In this case there was a delay in production because of order volume and we failed to keep you in the loop. For that I'm very sorry and will personally call to hopefully make it up to you. the worst experience I've ever had from a screen printer slash graphics people. and just to let everybody know their products are made out of state so they're taking your orders jacking up the price having another state make your stuff and send it to your store via UPS
