As a contractor, I'm constantly met with disappointment, last minute changes and absolute disasters. I spend every day waking up just knowing something will go wrong. But, Phillip Skaggs with Maison Real Estate Boutique, does nothing short of absolutely alleviate these worries. There are times I call him, expecting bad news. Almost asking for it. But no, everything is handled, contracts are already sent, tenants are notified, appeased and even argued with on my behalf. He (within legal limit) almost omits you from the process and has your best interest in mind. I for one will never even consider another realtor besides Phillip and his team. Ever accidentally make 100 grand more than you expected? No? Call Phillip. Thank you.
