Thank you for your concern for the well being of my staff. I can assure you that we, at I've Been Framed, take this time of Pandemic very seriously. We take all necessary precautions and follow all CDC requirements in order to maintain our staff and our clients safe. We tests on a regular basis in order to keep everyone safe and healthy. As I recall you were here before the holidays to get your artwork framed. You receive a quote by the same sales person and seemed happy but decided to get other quotes. You returned January 4th and I recall the sales person took her time, and was with you for almost an hour to assist you. I am glad you were able to find a frame you really liked and within your budget. We pride ourselves in our customer service and creating long term relationships with our clients. Stay Safe!
