Chose Taxhub due to the great reviews. Worked with a CPA who I will not name. During my phone consultation about taxable write offs, I was told I wouldn't be owing too much and that was incorrect. It cost me a couple thousand dollars as a result of this mislead. The detail leading to this mishap was known and acknowledged by both parties during the phone call, and only found out later that it wasn't the case. This leads me to question the professionalism and knowledge base of those who work at Taxhub. While an attempt to make it right was given, it wasn't NEARLY enough to make up for the amount of money I now owe. Would NOT recommend.

I have scheduled 2 consulting sessions with 2 different CPAs and neither showed. Note those were my first two meetings. I have had zero successful meetings with TaxHub. They are supposed to call me. I received no call, no text, and no email stating they would not make the meeting. Rather unprofessional.
