Poor service. No delivery after 11 days even though shipping should have been 3-5 days. Poor customer service when calling about the missing order. No managers available to talk to and was even hung up on by the person handling my complaint.

Hi Martin, At present all the couriers have suspended their delivery targets in light of the Covid-19 situation which has resulted in lots of staff off, and really high network demand. I will look into this to make sure there are no issues outside of these normal delays. We do offer faster shipping but it is of course at a premium price. Orders is ok assuming it ever arrives, problem is with the courier not the store. Ordered a week ago, no delivery date in sight from hermes. Used this store a bit in the past and no issues prior... Usually pretty good.

Good customer service! I received a very prompt response to a query regarding a product which appeared to lose charge much faster than I would have expected. I received an immediate refund together with an explanation. It was explained that there had been no other issues with the batch of batteries and it may be my equipment which was not suited (although the batteries were identical to previous ones). Anyway, not sure what the problem was but it was handled very efficiently and I would buy from the company again. Thanks!
