Husband was very RUDE, I placed an order for 1 shirt and was rudely yelled at telling me that he wasn't going to do 1 shirt. He was going to wait for the big order to be place with another group....well I WASN'T part of that group. I used to pay MORE where I used to shop, and I found this one cheaper. So I guess the saying is true.....You get what you pay for.

My order was forgotten. I tried calling and emailing with no reply the days prior to see if my items were ready. Showed up to pick up my 4 items 10 days after it was dropped off and they had to "look" for my items. Very disappointed as it was needed for Christmas. Every other location told me it would be another 5 day turn around. Wish I had a better outcome. I understand it's a busy time but at least answer the phones/emails.

This place was great! They were very friendly and their embroidery is awesome. I wanted something personal embroidered and they did a fabulous job. I would definitely recommend.

I will take my business elsewhere! I dont understand how they can charge you $30 to digitize something and let you embroider 3 shirts (TWO SEPARATE TIMES) then all of a sudden change the limit to 6? Where is the new policy on limits posted ? NOWHERE
